Human traffic begins
with this frantic music containing break beats and rock guitars and we
instantly know this film will be not be a slow film but quick and snappy. This
suggests the film could be a comedy/drama. Visually it matches the music and
images are shown of ravers dancing about, jumping up and down alongside footage
of riots. We understand there is some sought of rebellion. The actors are
presented very simply and cuts to a simple black background to introduce the
cast.
Toy story starts with
a clear use of animation and we instantly know the film is a children’s/family
